Discover this natural destination away from civilization, where the river’s algae change color depending on the time of year. They turn gray, then red, blue, and purple. The magic of this place deserves to be revereed.
ITINERARY
The most beautiful river in the world
We will pick you up at La Macarena Airport, then we will drop you at the hotel in La Macarena Town so you can leave your stuff there and freshen up before the adventure begins. After that we will visit "Caño Cristalitos" or "El Mirador" or "Caño Piedra, by canoe or by vehicle. Each of them are different sections of the river and the decision of visiting one or the other is made based on the permits issued by the offices of Cormacarena and Natural Parks. Lunch will be at the place we happen to be enjoying the river when hunger strikes. Dinner will be back at La Macarena and then, back at your hotel room to assimilate the sheer magic of the day spent.
Accommodation: La Cascada hotel (or similar)

Transport: Private vehicle, 4X4 truck or boat.
Experience: Caño Cristalitos or El Mirador or Caño Piedra.
Water at its source
We will start the day with breakfast at a local restaurant, then the adventure will go on with a half-hour boatride on the Guayabero River, then we will get a 4x4 truck from the entrance of Caño Cristales to the Manantial del Cajuche. After we will visit the Rainbow River in the red part. Then we will have our lunch next to the river, after that, we will return to Guayabero River and navigate the river to the port of La Macarena, where we will get a nice dinner with a folkloric and gastronomic sample.

Duration: 8 hours
Transport: 4X4 truck, boat.
Experience: Guayabero River, Manantial del Cajuche, River in the red part, folkloric dinner.
Flight to Medellin:
Oour last day will start with breakfast at a local restaurant and then strolling around ""Caño Cristalitos"" or ""El Mirador"" or ""Caño Piedra"" (according to the permits issued, but it will be a different place that we visited the first day) and after lunch, we will drop you at the airport.
